We require a booking fee of £50 to secure the date for items hired.
The remaining balance to pay will be due at any time up to a month before the event.
We also require an additional security/damage deposit per booking of £200, which will be refunded in full upon collection of all items damage free and intact. If any items are broken or missing we will deduct the cost of them from your refund.
Games can only be delivered and set up on the ground floor of a venue, most are too large and heavy to be transported up or down any steps.
We require a signature upon delivery of items, and upon collection. The person signing must be the person responsible for the items during the hire period.
We are fully insured for Public Liability with The Wedding Insurance Group.
Items can be delivered either to your home or venue before the wedding, or on the actual day, it’s entirely up to you. All delivery/collection costs are included and we can set everything up if required.
Young children must be supervised while using games.
