We require a booking fee of £50 to secure the date for items hired.
Please note the booking fee is to secure the date, leaving us unable to fulfil that date with any other couples, plus admin costs, this is why it is not refundable.
Full payment must be made at least one month before the date of the ceremony. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
If you wish to cancel, this must be sent to us in writing no later than one month before the wedding.
In this case, if you have paid in full, we will refund your payment, minus the £50 booking fee.
If you have paid in full and wish to cancel with less than 30 days notice, then we regret we are unable to offer you a refund.
We also require an additional security/damage deposit per booking of £200, which will be refunded in full upon collection of all items damage free and intact. If any items are broken or missing we will deduct the cost of them from your refund.
Games can only be delivered and set up on the ground floor of a venue, most are too large and heavy to be transported up or down any steps.
We require a signature upon delivery of items, and upon collection. The person signing must be the person responsible for the items during the hire period. If you are not there to sign for collection, you will still be liable for any items missing or damaged.
If you have the items overnight, items MUST be kept in a secure place.
We are fully insured for Public Liability with The Wedding Insurance Group.
Items can be delivered either to your home or venue before the wedding, or on the actual day, it’s entirely up to you. All delivery/collection costs are included and we can set everything up if required.
Young children must be supervised while using games.
