Photo Booth Terms and Conditions

It is your responsibility to ensure the venue allows a photo booth on their premises, and there is enough space.

The conduct of your guests during the photo booth is your responsibility, we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to the vehicle, equipment or props. 

We will not tolerate aggression or violence towards our staff and reserve the right to leave the venue if threatened.

In the event of any images being lost or corrupted, or the printer failing we will refund up to 25% of the hire fee.

We require the use of one standard mains electrical socket to power the photo booth, within 10 metres of the vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure the venue will allow this. If not, it is your responsibility to provide a generator. 

Hire time is the hours the booth is operational and open for use by guests.

Setting up of the booth takes place up to an hour before the operational time.

No food, drinks or smoking is permitted in the booth.

We take no responsibility for changes of routes or lateness due to adverse weather as it is out of our control.

All cancellations must be made in writing to: whitevanweddingco@gmail.com

If hirer cancels within 30 days of the agreed event date, the outstanding balance is still due in full.
