The Meyer Dancers
Updated: May 10
The Meyer Dancers are London's "Go-To" 1960's and 1970's Go-Go dance company! These swingin' kittens not only embody the groovy moves of the original dames back in the day, but they dress head to toe in glorious vintage (and heaven high bouffants) to give you a truly authentic experience!
The dancers have performed all over the world, from psychedelic festivals, to cheeky hen parties and danced alongside some 60s greats such as Geno Washington and the Sonics! They have also featured in 70s drama Guerilla (John Ridley) and even been featured on The Only Way is Essex, plus a huge movie earlier in the year directed by Woody harrelson and Owen Wilson!
The Meyer Dancers have an extensive repertoire of routines and can also act as sassy background dancing for bands, and on top of all that can teach fun 60's gogo workshops for everyone who wants to learn all the classic moves like the pony and the watusi!
If you are looking for some truly authentic sixties and seventies entertainment for your party or wedding, The Meyer Dancers will make you travel way back in time and make your day extra special!
