PLEASE NOTE: It is a criminal offence for wedding car hire companies to provide Champagne in the vehicle even if supplied free of charge, as the law still considers this an indirect sale. Maximum penalty is £20,000 fine and/or 6 months prison.
However, our chauffeurs CAN serve you Champagne if you provide it. Just let us know beforehand on the form and we will supply glasses, ice packs and a cooler.
PROMS: We regret we are unable to offer transport for proms. It is in fact illegal for any company to offer private hire for anything other than a wedding or funeral without a taxi license. These can only be issued to vehicles under 10 years old. Volkswagen campers are over 50 years old. We are aware of other companies offering this, but be warned their insurance is null and void if anything were to happen.
